When a consumer makes a purchase at a Website Pipeline-powered ecommerce web site, he enters credit card data and the transaction is authorized directly from Website Pipeline through a real-time connection to Sage Exchange. Website Pipeline then passes transaction data to the customer’s Sage ERP system and Sage Exchange integrates the payment details, offering the customer a fully integrated experience inside their Sage ERP system.
